Call all that shit out each time. No matter how small. I lived in Sweden for about 25 years and I can promise you... all those little small things from the teachers add up. Fast. Had to spend every day doing some un-programming after school.
No one else is doing this in Sweden and that's why they never react to anything anymore... no matter what happens in their society. Which is why I finally left with my family.
Tell her to hold up the “OK” gesture instead... but more realistically I agree with the other commenter... give her a note expressly forbidding that she hold up a racist hand gesture and advise that any adverse action toward your daughter will be met with so many lawsuits you’ll own the school.
