Are you saying there's currently, or plans to create, a one-year imprisonment for flag burning? I'd argue that is a declaration of war against the flag in question. Wartime enemies are no longer letting me live my life in peace, so "live and let live" is out the window.

Illegal immigrants are by definition harmful, so again "live and let live" is out the window. Our economics are geared towards our known numbers. We can adjust up or down as necessary to accommodate legal immigration and give ourselves a margin of error, but if someone comes over and works on the down-low for cheap then they drive down wages and increase strain on social systems, which are acts of harm against the freedom of workers and the systems we've built for ourselves.
