dude you have no idea what you are talking about. Read some Thomas Aquinas, the nature of the moral law is that by definition it cannot change over time. The ceremonial and judicial laws were fulfilled by Christ and do not apply anymore. The moral law is forever.

That is literally what I said. I said the Laws of Moses are not Moral laws, they are civil laws. The ten commandments are the moral laws and NOT a part of the laws of Moses. We are agreeing apparently.

No, what you actually said was "We get our moral compass from Jesus and the New Testament not the Old Testament (Torah) and Moses"

This is not true, all of the moral laws given by Moses still apply today, including the 10 commandments, which are found in the old testament.

What I meant was that in the case Jesus' and Moses' statements clashed or contradicted, Jesus is correct. If Jesus didn't dispute something, then it still applied. If there is no written statement by Jesus, what Moses said still applies. Do we agree now?
