What matters is loyalty to the Constitution and the laws that have been upheld by the Supreme Court. If SCOTUS hasn't vetted it... we should all consider it as less than those that have. Why? Because that is how our Founding Fathers wanted it. It is exactly why these Democrats will not allow a 2nd Amendment case to be brought forward for a SCOTUS test.
