Indeed. I didn’t want to get into that, because I’m not 100% where that tissue comes from. I think they can use the penis and surrounding groin skin sometimes, but sometimes they have to use tissue from the intestines. So complicated... especially with the hair balls.

So what they don't tell these poor, stupid people is that the hole they're making is where the scrotum is. When it "heals", it starts growing hair inside it again like it would when it was on the outside. They never tell them that they not only won't have a real vagina, they'll have a hole filled with pubes.
The Urethra is completely mangled (why they use a steel catheter instead of a plastic one, so it isn't accidentally cut). They excise the urethra from the penis, then take the last 4-5 inches, and line the inside of the new hole with it, so sex feels like sticking a catheter up your urethra, unpleasant to say the least.
They remove both testicles and the two 'muscular balloons' that are responsible for your erections. (Ironically there are similar but much smaller muscular balloons in a real clit so it will never feel like a real one, but I digress).
What is left of the skin from the penis is used to make the hole (with a portion of the urethra sewn on top of it.) They use laser hair removal to stop hair from growing inside the hole, but once the surgery is over, you can't fit a laser inside to redo it, so the hole often fills up with hair.
MTF surgery is the most grotesque violation of the hypocratic oath I have ever seen. It is no wonder that the unscrupulous surgeons who do it often fuck it up badly.

Yes, and at a notoriously liberal state school in the midwest, but I do believe that at some point the kid is an adult and can be a wack job of their own accord, and can make their own decision on whether to go to college. Kid was a valedictorian and an athlete on state championship sports teams. Seemingly had his head on straight. Homeschooling was unheard of in our hometown until recently. I wholeheartedly agree that homeschooling is the answer to fight back against this craziness going forward. 110% homeschooling my son 👌
