If only Joe could bring his crowds inside some kind of large arena with lots of seating and a nice big roof to keep them all warm and cozy through any storm, like they might use in a sporting event or for a large conference, or even THE EVENT HALL ON THE FAIRGROUNDS WHERE THIS RALLY TRIED TO TAKE PLACE.
But then Biden would have had to show off his rally size again, and that's been horrifically bad throughout Biden's entire campaign, so he just wanted everyone to stay int heir cars and mask their numbers on the cameras (assuming that there's even anyone IN all of the cars, when he could just be speaking to an empty parking lot for all we know).
