Tucker said explicitly the source was not Tony Bobulinski. He said it was "journalist to journalist". It was probably copies of the laptop contents from one of the people who has it (e.g. Posobiec, Rudy, Hoft, Bannon, etc.)
I thought the same thing but this was all a set up and I'm sure he's smart enough not to do that. Plus, if he has a forensics team look at it and find some malicious payload installed on it he needs to report that out to the world. The FBI is protecting Biden.
