The connection to Biden comes from Bobulinsky's interview w/ Tucker. When he was supposed to be rcv'g $ @ Sinohawk from CEFC & the money wasn't coming, he saw a report out of Eastern Europe that CEFC was to buy 14% [B's number] stake in Russian owned (aka Kremlin owned) Rosneft. This spooked B a bit because of the political implications & he reached out to his business partners.

Even though in an email, HB said he was 50% equity holder of CEFC, I think he typo'd if you look at the context of the rest of that email. He was talking about his own company, into which he rcv'd the CEFC transfer that was meant for Sinohawk. It doesn't however, make sense that if he had nothing to do with CEFC, that he was seeking expense reimbursement in that email, from what sounded like CEFC. So his denials of involvement with CEFC in that email were clearly a result of him being spooked by something (maybe info from the family's intel connections to reduce visible connections there).

So Wray's firm is alleged to have represented the Russian gov't energy firm (Rosneft) in their sale of assets to Chinese CCP backed CEFC. A bit crazy for many reasons.

IIRC, this is correct. Bidens were involved with Rosneft and the sell. I can't remember where the actual sourcing may be though - perhaps in the Senate Intel report.

I do recall Bobulinski going into some detail on that in the interview, however.
