Sounds like he's in the simpleton camp (no offense) where, if you don't have billions of dollars sitting in a bank account somewhere you're not actually a billionaire.
Which, by that logic, Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, etc aren't actually worth billions either and are broke.
