This is a bit of an unusual post, but I suddenly have time and figured why not.
Do any of you pedes have any good books to recommend about the history of US/Middle East tensions?

Would you be interested in reading a word from our lord and savior Ludwig von Mises?
HAHAHA let's start him off in some more basic literature. Basic Economics by Thomas Sowell.
Forreal, OP, I will buy you a copy of basic Economics. I'm an Economics major now, and no amount of reading has ever brought me better basic understandings of econ. I've read countless books and journals and everything. But when it comes down to citing sources for my papers, I refer back to the GOAT. Thomas Sowell is the OG
Seriously. Ill buy anyone that book.
The Six Lessons from Mises is my #1 recommendation to anyone.
It's SHORT, it's EASY (is a transcript of actual lectures, so the language is as spoken instead of crafted writing) and it has 6 self-contained chapters only.
But I agree Sowell is amazing, specially when talking about inequality, the distinction of "single" to "never-married" (which leftists still overlook) and so on.
I will have to read that myself! I've been on Human Action for some time. That will be refreshing hahaha. And sorry, didn't mean to disgrace out Lord and saviour Mises! Or degrade your post. I got a kick out of your original comment 🤣. I'm a huge fan of his myself!
I challenge you to one on my lost for too long now
"Seven Pillars of Wisdom{A Triumph}"
T.E. Lawrence
The movie Lawrence of Arabia is one of my favourite movies of all time. No way it would ever get made now, so much political incorrectness - but a bloody great film.
No. But The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam and the Crusades is a good place to start in terms of understanding things a bit.
