I live in a normal suburban area, but it's heavily liberal and I'm near cities of leftist violence. I already own two guns, but I still don't feel safe as we know how far the leftists go to spread division. What can I do?

We actually stocked up today with the essentials. Cases of water, food, dog/cat food, toilet paper, made sure all medications were up to date and filled, etc. Just enough stuff in case they board up the stores here for a week or two. Better be safe than sorry. During Fentanyl Floyd business, our local stores boarded up and Walmart had huge construction dumpsters dropped at all the entrances/exits in their parking lot.

Canned soup is on sale by me so I decided to buy a decent supply of. Sucks that stable shelf food is so high soddium, I could buy fresh foods to freeze but it is not a stable "doomsday" plan because what if power goes out.

Anyone know of any decent companies or products that make shelf stable food that isn't over priced but not packed with sodium? Sure, you could buy just plain canned beef, then serve it with a can of corn and can of potatoes for low sodium overall, but real doomsday planning would mean the entire meal and all the nutrients you need is only in one can, stuff like soups or Chili

Get some dried fruit/trail mix. Lots of the trail mix is low sodium and high protein, you just need to make sure you find the right packages. If you have a local Aldi store, I suggest you go. Very inexpensive and the quality of their stuff is pretty dang good. They have a large selection of dried fruits and trail mix stuff. Plus all their canned goods are super super cheap. It's bag your own though and they don't provide bags for free. So take your own shopping bags.
