Reminds me of the twittard who tried to tell me fracking was making the tectonic plates shift drastically and that large swathes of the US would fall off in to the ocean. I’ve been an upstream O&G and steel professional for 12 years but somehow I’m misinformed and she, the hair and nail stylist knows more and she was gonna need to see my credentials. I’d then realized I’d wasted several minutes of my life on another willfully ignorant person. Some people are just dumb and are not worth your time. It just sucks when you find out after the fact. Hopefully somebody else witnessing the exchange saw the stupidity and it helped them I guess.
