I do not understand this part about the positivity rate. Where i live they keep saying "we need the positivity rate below 5%" so heres what to do,, test people without covid so the rate goes down?
Or, how do they determine the rate. From the whole population? Or from the people that were tested? Ofcourse though, they are probably calculating for whichever will give them the biggest fucking number!
