Virginia was once the beating heart of our republic. It was your sons, perhaps more than any other, that inspired us to stand tall before giants, they rallied us to arms and lead us to freedom. Always remember, you are the sons and daughters of Patrick Henry, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Those men, and countless others, looked into the darkness, measured themselves against it and did not falter before it. You are the lions of Liberty. Take back up that mantle, remember the words your forefathers carved into stone and send these would be tyrants back to the garbage heap of failed ideas that they vomited themselves out of.
