Nah this is something typically distributed in Baptist or nondenominational circles. The fact that they are dancing and using musical accompaniment (more liberal than nondenominational such as Church of Christ) suggests Baptist. Very strange to see it crop up here.

EDIT: Typically "Lift your voice" is followed by an indiscriminate shout of some kind (though this is looked down on by those against musical accompaniment), but here it's been changed to ooh-rah, which is a fascinating touch
