I work looking at screens a lot so I'm always wearing blue light blocking glasses.
f.lux is a program I use on my home PC to gradually remove blue light as it gets closer to bedtime.

windows 10 and I think mac os has that built-in now. search night light in the start menu

I used to use f.lux. W10 has a built in night light that does the same.
