f.lux is a program I use on my home PC to gradually remove blue light as it gets closer to bedtime.

Or, https://userstyles.org/ and make your own. I removed blue from almost everything now. I'll publish my shit one of these days! Nothing like red on black, all day long, no strain whatsoever, and the circadian rhythm isn't out of whack unless I'm drinking.
