Compare turnout in red states that don’t have many electoral votes or are traditionally red, like Kansas or Montana or Kentucky or Oklahoma to Texas turnout. If turnout is massively higher in Texas compared to the rest then we know something is up. Dems wouldn’t throw resources to cheat in a solid red state with low electoral numbers.
