I'm one of those. Voted for GEOTUS the first day early voting began in Texas and I didn't vote in 2016 because I knew Trump would win it. Started voting since then. I tell ya, the 2018 voting results between Ted Cruz and "Beto" O'Rourke was terrifyingly close. I made sure I voted in person to avoid the mail-in ballot BS.
