Go to duckduckgo... type in drag across finish line in image search

  • download paint.net
  • search for joe biden face png, save a good one
  • search for MSM logos such CNN logo png, abc logo png... save them
  • Open as new image in paint.net
  • use selection tool to cut them
  • paste as new layer back on top of the "drag across finish line" image
  • move them where you want them
  • flatten all images
  • click save as JPG
  • upload to td.win
