Proven fact? No. It’s like Epstein. Anyone with half a brain knows that Epstein didn’t kill himself, when he was taken off suicide watch, his guards fell asleep, and the cameras broke. By the same token, then DNC data director who was a known Bernie supporter and a known patriot, wasn’t murdered in a robbery in which nothing was taken, shortly after someone leaked DNC data. Like, how dumb do they think we are?
Who did it? That’s tough to say. There were FBI guns “stolen” from an agent’s car just a few blocks away that night. So the corrupt FBI could be involved. CIA does this type of stuff. Hillary and the DNC are obviously prime suspects. Donna Brazile thinks Russia did it, and it’s not an impossible theory. If we assume Russia DID acquire the data somehow, then killing the DNC data director, would create conspiracy theories and drive dissent, and throw patriots off their trail (I don’t believe this theory, but it’s possible).
My own theory is that it was a combination of DNC/Hillary/Obama and the FBI. But I do think the Hillary campaign knew about the hit (and probably her personally), and that it’s highly likely the FBI was involved, especially given how they covered for Hillary and didn’t arrest her. If the FBI was involved, then Obama almost certainly knew about and approved the hit on an American citizen over Hillary’s leaked data.
I'm not sure. A few days ago I learned that Julian Assange had unfortunately been taken into US Custody a while back, and I was asking about Seth Rich. After reading the Wikipedia and Conservapedia articles, it was still a little unclear to me.

Wikileaks founder Edward Assange basically confirmed in the most possible "indirect" way that the e-mails they leaked from Hillary, came from Seth Rich. So I guess yes.
The proof is the on person wallet from a mugging, the time of day and rate of transfer out of the servers matching that of a usb hard drive of an employee staying late after work, the police covering up the laptop , and Donna Brazile's autobiography where she fears snipers after Seth Rich dies. I'm sure some people have doubts, and I bet they vote communist
