All he said was fuck Trump, doesn't mean he retracted his vote or previous statement. At the end of the day, Joe Biden is an architect of systemic racism, and nobody who isn't suffering from TDS is eating this shit up.
Minorities have felt screwed for so long that many have become TDS immune, and are looking this election objectively, where obviously Trump would be the vote, just not necessarily enthusiastically. A reluctant vote is still a vote.

Judges were forced to lock up non-violent offenders for lengthy amounts of time. This disproportionately affected minority communities because their shifty welfare system makes it nearly impossible to earn higher wages without giving up the government benefits that come with poverty. Most of us, we work our way up with jobs and incrementally increase our pay. With poverty pimping, a gradual increase means a net decrease for a period of time..

I would consider affirmative action and the bias of public colleges for African Americans and against white and Asian Americans to be systemically racist.
