Yep worked with a lot of black people in my high school job. One guy was super dark and the joke was he looked like a struck match. It was always guy style ball busting, but I am sure some people who don't have thick skin can't handle it and take it to heart.
It’s actually him. For some reason he used cream that bleaches his skin for many years.
It’s most likely due to the racism he suffered from other Dominicans for being too black.
