Lawsuits like that are insanely expensive, would take forever, and the majority of stockholders for Big Tech is mutual funds - IRAs. Blackrock and Fidelity aren't gonna sue their cash cows.
It's easy to just say 'SUE EVERYONE", without knowing what a fool's errand that would be, and the vast amounts of time, energy and money would be spent, for nothing. The only people who would gain from it are the lawyers involved.
Stockholders should class action all tech companies for running off half their user base. I don’t know why this hasn’t happened yet.
