I feel like, in the same way you're living under martial law now...though no one declared martial law, there's no tanks in the street, but you're still restricted in the same way and half (?) the country thinks it's great and wants more of it with no end in sight...if they would try some kind of UN-type shenanigans, it wouldn't guys in blue helmets rolling down the streets, it would be more confusing and many would applaud it, whatever it is, as a savior. I don't know what exactly it would be, though.
