Neighbor of mine was a tech for the post office. When their sorting machines go down they have NOBODY that can fix them. They have pulled this dude out of retirement like 15 times the past few years. They fly him all over the country to fix these machines. It's him and two other guys. USPS is a perfect display of government management. A private company would never let this happen or else they would be out of business.
They don't seem to have any problem delivering the oversized campaign flyers to my undersized mailbox. I'd estimate over 500 campaign flyers at this address and one official ballot.
Of course, they will need extra funding to get that one official ballot out.
