thats what confused the shit out of me this whole season is them talking about Texas as purple/blue. Sure you have blue pockets in Austin and Dallas of Democrat transplants but this is fucking Texas.
It's people putting too much stock in the Beta v Cruz election in 2018. There were a lot of factors why that race was close.
One: Beta had over a $100 million of out of state funding, which was way more than the Cruz campaign.
Two: Cruz had a lot of scar tissue from 2016 and was still unpopular with a lot of us Trump supporters at the time.
Three: It was a midterm election where a lot of Trump supporters didn't go out to vote because Trump wasn't on the ticket (including me).
With all those factors, Beta still lost the election anyways.
Now in 2020, Trump is back on the ticket vs a weak Biden (the dumbass who talked about moving away from oil). No it's not going to be close at all with Texas, even with their attempts to cheat.
They took Harris County in 2018. Houston was always Democrat run, but now they took the suburbs, and installed 29 year old Lina la Exploradora as the county judge, the top chief executive of the largest county in the state. Her only previous job experience was being a part time translator. They also got a Soros backed D.A. who, true to form, refused to prosecute hundreds of George Kirby rioters, is a revolving door, letting criminals out of jail with no bond, etc.
And it looks like they will keep Harris County, even though the D.A. is unpopular with everyone, even many leftists, and even though it's quite obvious that unqualified Lina can't do the job.
It's really funny that campaigns have their own "internal polls" that are more accurate and give better results than the polls released to the general public.
But the lies they tell don't make sense. You lie and put Biden too far ahead and you've just made your voters complacent. You lie and put him too far behind and you discourage the voters. It would make the most sense to keep them neck and neck, and to have Biden start out trailing and slowly move him out ahead. Artificial momentum. Instead they start him out way ahead and slowly pull the race closer and closer, then as polls turn into results, he ends up behind and you get momentum in the wrong direction. They're too good at manipulating people to keep making this mistake but this is twice now they've done it this way and twice it's bit them in the ass.
got a truck driver buddy in PA. Travels all over. Says Trump signs are literally everywhere. Even in the cities. Said he's never seen Republican support like this before. Nor the lack of democrat support.
Thing is, it’s a real battle. They try to figure out where they really stand to make good decisions on where to head off their opponent. If they share the polls with us, the fog of war is lifted.
Because those polls aren't for the Press. Remember most press pols oversample democrats. To get the accurate picture just look at a sample that is more in line with reality.
If this is real, then the gig is up. They know Trump is getting re-elected.
Republicans haven't even reached half our total expected votes yet!
Red Wave Confirmed!
The fake blue Texas narrative is a major blunder on their part.

There is absolutely no incentive for public polls to tell the truth. Their objective is to make the most money.
They do so by inventing numbers to attract page clicks if they are not already directly funded by the media and/or the establishment.
exactly. the majority of public polls are there to create the opinion not measure it.
