First: I forgot my password to my main account so this isn't my first post here. Just take v2 off and that's me. Anyways...
I have a very liberal sister. Not surprisingly she's the only unsuccessful sibling and suffers from a bad case of the gimmie gimmies. Only reason she has anything is because I love my nephew's and refuse to see them without.
She finally took the red pill, her whole world view is turning 180*. She said what started it was the riots and corona lock downs. Seeing the media claim rioters weren't spreading the virus but every other group was sh new it was bullshit. That finally got her questioning everything..
Before we would never talk politics because she knows my (and my brothers) political views. She would dismiss anything we had to say and stay in her bubble. But now she admitted to going back through a lot of the things me and my brothers say and post and realizing we are right.
She didn't want to believe it all, but now she does. It's literally changing her life. We had a long hard talk the other day and she admitted to being a mooch and used us as a crutch. She knew if she did the bare minimum her brothers would always bail her out.
She called me today to tell me she's doing something about it all. She applied for a better job. (She's a paralegal working at a small family law firm who has little business). She just accepted a job at a larger firm that will require more hustle and isn't a dead end, nearly doubling her previous salary. It all started with taking the red pill. Now the dominos are falling and her world view changing is changing her life.
She also has been red pilling her friends. One of which who is LBTQRS(fuck idk) And has become my new favorite lesbian because she now argues with troll liberals on my Facebook page.
If my sister can take the red pill, ANYONE can. Now that she's on board, I'm actually looking forward to talking politics over Thanksgiving.
Me and my sister sat down to fact check the impeachment trial. Once we realized the dem talking points were all nonsense we flipped. Every life-long dem I know is voting Trump.
Nice. My family has slowly become red pilled. Parents were always Democrats who believes in the lie that democrats were "for the poor" and Republicans were "for the rich."
Growing up dad was pessimistic and had a sour life outlook. His family was always poor. He was always poor. He would stay poor. His kids would always be poor. Etc etc.
He took the red pill when one of my older brothers became successful and started building himself up to be a wealthy person. Dad... Just never thought crossing wealth/classes was a thing. He was raised to believe its us v them, and the only ones who cared about the working class was democrats.
I guess I was too young to ever have that thought process set in. He was edgy "counter culture" brother, so I'm sure his success was driven by a big F U to dad, but anyways... I grew up watching my older siblings (not sister) find success and do it the conservative, bootstrap, hard working way. By the time I was out of the house mom and dad had already realized their flawed way of thinking and became conservatives and pro economy, pro growth.
It just took our sister a little longer.
fantastic story, OP...this really makes me happy that the Trump Effect is alive and well. Proud of you for helping her find her way!!
GREAT work Pede!! π
The "gimmie gimmies" π First time I've heard that. Love it.
Oh man. It's such a great phrase isn't it?
Great news OP!
Amazing how it really is like you "wake up"
Maybe we are in a simulation just like the matrix after all ha.
Good for you man. One red pill at a time.
Good job! Glad to hear that sheβs making changes in her life, best of luck to her!
I hereby declare this weekend, RED PILL WEEKEND. You know what to do.
Nice work, pede.
Congrats!!!
Crazy. Who would have thought that a political red pill would instigate so much personal growth? Must have been brewing for a while. Still fascinating.
Praise God
That's great. Glad to hear about self reflection. Hopefully you just made the rest of her life, and kids' lives, better.
Thank you for sharing! this gives me hope that my crazy leftist sister might see the light someday ππ»
Very nice! Get her a coat and a brick for Christmas this year!
But does your sister live in California? It's pretty bad here lmao, especially with the young ones
nice.
if you saved your password in a chrome browser, you can recover it. in Settings, Autofill, Passwords. or, settings, Security, passwords.
Don't use Chrome. Im using Brave. It was saved and I had "remember me" checked. Then boom, logged out and it's no longer there. Pretty sure it was something gibberish so I'll never guess it.
brave is a chrome browser, same password recovery function
wait til she gets that first paycheck. Itβs better under Trump, but we all still pay way too much in taxes.
We have the best lesbians, donβt we folks!?
I'm so happy for your sister (& her kids)! Sounds like she is making some great life decisions now! Happy Halloween π
