Those complaining about the extra party, learn your history and electoral procedures! The votes go to the candidates, regardless of what party affiliation they have. It used to be very common for different parties to run nationally with the same candidates (eg. the Silver Party running Bryan, the Dem nominee).
If this is a legit ballot, not only it is prefilled but also is misleading as there are two options for Trump.
Vote "Conservative" and the vote is wasted.

In NY(C) there is a party called ‘Conservative’ and Trump is their man. A vote for Trump in that column is not wasted.
IIRC they do that break out for determining whether a party gets on the next ballot, and there are usually 4 or 5 on a ballot.
