Carrboro is connected to Chapel Hill where I went to undergrad.

Carrboro is the second worst town in the state. The first worst is Asheville and the third worst is Chapel Hill.

Anyone from NC wanna give me their worst 3?

Ultra lib towns. I grew up in Chapel Hill the liberal agenda indoctrination in the early 90s high school was bizarre. But I’ll always be a Carolina fan, In Spite of the administrations crazy liberal agenda

I’ll always be a Carolina fan (I was a student there for the recent national championship win) but I will never donate money to that awful place

I'm glad I chose State over Carolina, we had parties for Trump winning.

Hard to beat that but how 'bout 4,5 and 6? 4 - Durham 5 - Fayetteville 6 - Cary

I voted in Cary yesterday, it was 80% Trump supporters including several Black and Hispanic families. My mom voted in Cary today and told me it was much the same.

Take it off the "bad" list! I live in deep blue Cameron Park. As bad as Carrboro almost. Talk about being a shy conservative! I am basically a shadow of a shadow on politics here. It was fun to vote in 7 seconds - they knew I just pulled the big "R" (except for the other nonparty votes.) Go Cary - make Wake red again!

Hmm I actually quite liked Cary when I lived there, but I lived in a nice part of Cary. Fayetteville I can respect somewhat due to the military there but yeah that’s a pretty awful town

Did you come from the north? It is well known as C. A. R. Y: containment area for relocated yankees.

Fayetteville is Lumbee for 'where are the white people hiding'

North Durham: no white man has come out alive to give it an English name yet.

Hahah ironically I am from New York but I lived in the triad area for ten years before moving to Cary (LOVE North Carolina, would never move back)

I lived there briefly so I never really got to know the city

Cary was quiet and nice in the early '80s, though I have no doubts that it has changed since then.

lumpster 1 point ago +1 / -0

my knock on Cary is only the "City Planners Gone Amok" aspects, using all the worst practices from a time that was discredited - spread out, no sense to the streets, that yucky beige and green everywhere, cul de sacs forever, that stuff.

I recognize it's a pretty nice place otherwise and well located.

I think you nailed it, actually.

Come on man. Fayetteville is definitely in the top 3.

"It’s a values statement, it’s not a political sign," Roberetson said.

These Democrats are fucking loons. I've never used the f bomb so much as when I talk about Democrats. So irritating.

By that logic, we should be able to hang Don’t Tread On Me flags at polling stations.

We locals started calling Carrboro "the People's Republic of Carrboro" around 1971 or so as I recall. Was a dump then, a place with cheap apartments for students. Now it's a dump with a few good clubs and restaurants...

And ridiculously overpriced tiny old houses. I don’t understand the draw.

Sue them....BLM is a marxist organization with ties to satanism and witchcraft....They're trying to intimidate voters..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGJSEoirF90

BLM is not a political message.

I love the mental gymnastics. Reminds me of when the KKK used to say that it's not that they don't like black people, it's just that they really love white people. BLM and KKK. No fucking difference.

Tear that shit down and burn it.

NRA needs to put flags up & demand all or none be allowed to stay. It’s the least the NRA could get off their butt & do.

2
UnwokePatriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Does that mean we can have MAGA flags too?!

2
Lol_Garrus 2 points ago +2 / -0

Put up "Its okay to be white" signs.

BeerAndCope 1 point ago +1 / -0

Shut the polling place down then. You can’t follow a fucking basic rule for running a polling place in a free and fair election then you don’t get to run a polling place.

1
UnwokePatriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Isn't Carrboro supposed to be a liberal shithole, like Detroit-levels of Liberal Shitholeyness

Andrik_Ivanov 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just dose and burn.

Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Asheville are the biggest commie shitholes in this state.

NC Nimble Navigator here. Can confirm that Carrboro, Cary, and Chapel Hill are indeed cancer.

Sue them for voter intimidation

1
YourMamma57 1 point ago +1 / -0

Are there no men in Carrboro North Carolina?

2
iouybiy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not in the traditional sense. Most there have their balls kept by a large rimmed glassed lady in the back of a prius or in a secret compartment in the back of their neighborhood library box at the curb

There is a submit a correction button at the end of the article. Everyone should post "all lives matter"
