The airport owner was threatened with massive fines and the loss of his business license. This is a small-time local airport mostly used to bring patients to the Mayo Clinic.
How can he be fined though if it's a peaceful protest? I don't think they can legally do that. Trump has been able to do his rallies in every other state so far by calling them peaceful protests. Seeing as Minnesota was where all this shit started there's no way they can say no to a peaceful protest
They likely can't legally do that, but by the time he fights it and wins, he can't do it in 4 days to have a bigger rally there. So even though they would eventually lose, they've won the battle.

They can do whatever they want when judges, DA, literally everyone down to the fucking fire marshal is on the same team. Doesn't have to be legal.
I don't know about that. Even in Michigan the governor got checked and overruled by the courts that her lock downs were unconstitutional
Because We the People worked so very hard on that. So proud of the Stand Up Michigan team. It can be done.
can't turn something like that around in the courts in a matter of hours
