Not a government entity I guess. Should we have a state-hosted email? Honest question. They would (conceivably) be prohibited from reading it, would need a specific warrant to look at it, would have to protect 1A, etc etc...

Kind of a crazy idea, but hypothetically I think its an interesting one that could have some benefits.
