Black haired mullet guy didn’t move a muscle until that other guy stepped in and grabbed him. Probably was a bad move by that guy to grab him at that point. Very stupid move of black haired mullet guy to then walk over with a holstered gun saying “you want to get hurt?” I don’t care if the gun is holstered, if you walk up to me, I can see you have a gun, and you ask me if I want to get hurt I’m taking that as a serious threat. Honestly that guy could probably be charged with terrorist threats just based on this video. That could have ended very badly for everyone involved.
