You know what you’re right. I voted 3rd party in 2016. My boyfriend voted trump. I knew I was throwing away my vote... but at least I voted in the local elections and used a right I have that others fought and died for. I’m pretty upset with my sister... but he never should have conceded his right to vote. How angry can i be with her when he laid down like that?
She outsmarted him. And the way you told it, it sounds like he's still content that she says she inexplicably voted for Trump. Maybe you should say to him, "you do this, and not vote when you know how important it is, and how can I ever respect you?"
