I couldn't find it. I found the original Fox News article (really long and wordy) that it references but it didn't seem to have the correct video embedded with it so I submitted this article instead. I also couldn't find the video after a quick view of the Fox News youtube channel and a more general youtube search (maybe I missed it). The only thing I could find was a different Fox interview from a few years ago where he was defending Trump back then too.
