I'm a registered Dem in a swing state who voted Trump.
I still despise Bush republicans, and the party needs to prove who they are post-Trump to earn a party switch. Whoever MAGAs is all that matters

Hope Trump endorses a third party in 2024. Sick of the two party system and all of the "lesser of two evils" horseshit that comes with it.

"Lesser of two evils" only happens because both primaries are rigged / not enough people bother to vote.
There has always been a decent, hard working, Christian republican who want's to bring America back to constitutionalism in the primaries. But we get a warmonger and a used car salesman that nobody liked.
Yes! We need to get people interested in primaries. The more of us show, the tougher it is to rig. The more of us share info about who the MAGA candidates are, the easier it is to WIN.
The Tea Party managed to do this pretty well despite all the media hate, and I think the landscape is even more amenable now than it was pre-Trump.
I wish everyone realized their vote can matter even more in the primaries, and we can keep it from being "Guess it's the lesser evil... again" each election.

Who do you vote for?
Trick question, because you vote for the smiler in the primary between him and the frowner, and vote for the winner in the general election. Three-way votes get you the third best option, like Bill Clinton. Primary votes are how the soul of a party is decided and how both Trump and AOC were elected. If Trump ran as third party he would handed the election to Hillary instead of Jeb or whoever had the Republican nomination.
The two-party system is basically just a runoff election at this point, the primaries are the real votes that change the outcome.

I met someone who loved the Iraq war and was mad that Trump was anti-war. He had a picture of George Bush on his wall... it was like I had stepped into the early 2000s.

I don't think there is anyone who is voting for trump that will be lazy about it. The train has no brakes. Look at the Dems on social media that have talked about getting on the train. It's never "eh, joe sucks, I like a good economy think I'll vote trump." It's "libs have gone fucking crazy, everyone called me all sorts of names, de friended me when I simply said I might vote for trump...and when that happened I started talking to trump supporters, was welcomed with open arms, everyone is happy, then I saw what he had done, and I will walk through a wall of fire to vote for him". I doubt there is lazy trump voters.

She is door knocking in various areas in PA. I'd say her average of dems who support Trump is about 20-30%. If this distribution holds across the electorate, then we're winning in a landslide.
