They've reported this since the beginning. Several times. And I've walked past lots of Asians since the rona and not thought anything differently than any other day. I think it's fake news.

She says the ni hao Ching Chong comments happened before at the start of the interview. Presumably before Trump was president. Later, at prompting of the interviewer she says hasn’t happened before.

And asking if she speaks English is not racist. The guy was probably hitting on her. At my work, we have many Chinese and Koreans, and many barley speak English.

The end was glorious though. As she says the first racist comments were from a person of color, the explains the misconception that minorities cannot be racist. CNN host was not pleased.
