We only lost it by 1% in 2016, with all of the George Floyd Riots (he was "killed" in that state) and the terrible lockdowns, and the Trump Economy in general, I'd estimate a 70% chance of victory there. Not to mention Trump has been campaigning like a madman there compared to 2016.

Biden campaigned in MN a couple of days ago. That tells me MN is in play.
Trump is campaigning there too.
