a plan to develop Muslim seedling communities within suburbs that have little religious diversity (You may remember Obama speaking about this, but Joe will actually get it done!)
diversification of suburban schools, not only by increasing low income, minority, & Muslim students through the efforts just mentioned, but by requiring suburban schools to buss in a percentage of their teachers & students from underfunded, low score school districts in order to promote opportunity.
