I work for an equipment manufacturing company that builds custom manufacturing equipment for large manufacturing companies. My job requires that I train operators on proper troubleshooting procedures of newly installed equipment, so I spend a lot of time standing around waiting to see if something goes wrong so I can instruct the operator on how to correct the problem.

Anyways, today I was hanging out with an older Mexican born woman and we started talking politics. She’s 1000% behind Trump because he’s “carried America on his shoulders through the pandemic” as she put it. She also says he’s “for God” and that her and her three adult children will vote for him on Tuesday. I remember when bringing up Trump with Hispanics only a few years ago meant that the conversation would turn negative. Things have definitely changed.

I also recently met an immigrant from Ethiopia that said he’d vote for Trump 5 times if he could.

I hope you're right. My "big ask" is that Trump just wins big enough the night of November 3rd to call the race. Kinda doubt it considering I think everything will be contested if it can be contested by both parties.

I hear you. I want it to be over already, so we can move forward with MAGA.

Actually, I think there is a good possibility of a landslide (you know, the one mentioned in the title of this thread) that WILL allow the results to be definitive on election night.

The uncounted ballots won't matter at that point, if the landslide is big enough.

I'm thinking that the Dem party thinks the anti-trump democrats are a cut and dry vote for Biden but I'm betting many will not vote or vote third party

I have also met a few who were suffering from TDS, but honestly the majority of those suffering from TDS didn’t seem responsible/motivated enough to actually get out and vote. Being told “Trump is bad” isn’t enough for the average person. Trump supporters seem super motivated, Trump haters seem to parrot what the media tells them, but they don’t seem to care enough to actually vote.

I also met a younger Filipino kid that said he requested mail in ballots for every adult in his family and filled them all out straight Republican before mailing them in. He had like 6 adults in his family and they all voted Trump because of him. That’s ballot harvesting I can get behind. I don’t think the Dems realize that they have lost the working class and the religious.

When your head is so far up your own ass, it can be easy to miss those things!

I believe the dems are way underestimating the damage they have done to their own party and their usual voters..

I convinced my Mexican-American fiancée to vote Trump. She had her trepidations, but when I laid out what Trump has done for working people she was convinced. I think we will earn a large part of the Hispanic vote.

My wife is Mexican born and she’s a Trump fanatic too. I think she’s done a great job at convincing her family to vote Trump as well. She has a sister that has gone off the deep end red pilled and now sends us videos on how evil the pope and the Catholic Church is. lol.

I’m thankful my sister-in-law hasn’t discovered Q, yet. lol

People leave their countries and come to America because they want their chance at peace and prosperity. That’s why legal immigrants are the best immigrants

I also recently met an immigrant from Ethiopia that said he’d vote for Trump 5 times if he could.

Too bad he's not from Somalia then.

He was a Christian and talked about how being a Christian in some parts of Africa is very dangerous. He definitely didn’t like Muslims at all.

I hope he does well, and that his family is safe.

I was just riffing on the Ilhan Omar corruption.

Yes, the slaughter of the Christians in Muslim-controlled Africa goes little remarked in the press.
