I work for an equipment manufacturing company that builds custom manufacturing equipment for large manufacturing companies. My job requires that I train operators on proper troubleshooting procedures of newly installed equipment, so I spend a lot of time standing around waiting to see if something goes wrong so I can instruct the operator on how to correct the problem.
Anyways, today I was hanging out with an older Mexican born woman and we started talking politics. She’s 1000% behind Trump because he’s “carried America on his shoulders through the pandemic” as she put it. She also says he’s “for God” and that her and her three adult children will vote for him on Tuesday. I remember when bringing up Trump with Hispanics only a few years ago meant that the conversation would turn negative. Things have definitely changed.
I also recently met an immigrant from Ethiopia that said he’d vote for Trump 5 times if he could.
I convinced my Mexican-American fiancée to vote Trump. She had her trepidations, but when I laid out what Trump has done for working people she was convinced. I think we will earn a large part of the Hispanic vote.
My wife is Mexican born and she’s a Trump fanatic too. I think she’s done a great job at convincing her family to vote Trump as well. She has a sister that has gone off the deep end red pilled and now sends us videos on how evil the pope and the Catholic Church is. lol.
I’m thankful my sister-in-law hasn’t discovered Q, yet. lol
