Good summary but they do a lot more. They also offer faster loading times of sites no matter where you are in the world. Faster resolving of DNS and they can even serve dynamic content from the point of presence that's closest to you. Cloudflare is an amazing company but the issue is they have too much marketshare as they're so damn cheap.

Assuming TD isn't on a corporate plan they could be paying $200/month to serve 500 mbps+ of data and potentially over 10 million DNS requests per day. They really run on a buffet type model where you hope to make money from certain clients.
