These things usually take a couple months to get going in large businesses, they probably went through the corporate processes because some diversity and inclusion idiot said it'd make people like them, back before it became obvious to normies BLM is a bunch of violent rioters, and now just went through with it because nobody in the company had the balls to stand up to the SJW inquisitors and explain that BLM and all the rest of this crap is a hoax. Luckily AmEx does a lot of business with the government so hopefully when Trump gets re-elected they reconsider all this crap.
