Inclusion and diversity are code words for anti-white . Specifically anti-white male. Ask yourself this question, would the founders of this nation ever have been okay with businesses and organizations having an explicitly anti-white male bias?
Yep, no other country but white countries (sometimes japan) get told they need diversity or multiculturalism.
Not just white countries either, ANYTHING that has too many white people needs diversity. Clubs, neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, sports. Even relationships, they push a lot of interracial in media and commercials.
Too be fair, it also means anti-Asian, just look at all the affirmative blacktion going on
Mostly just anti-white. asians really only get discriminated against in schooling. Theyre still considered diversity when being hired to replace a white person.
