Not on the X-37B. It's a solid backing with a shitload of heat-resistant ceramic tiles covering it so it doesn't melt during reentry.
The whole back opens up to expose the instrumentation, so there's no need for a radome (which is nothing more than an aerodynamic fairing with some stiffeners). Even thin polycarbonate would be too much signal distortion.

It's a Radome and they're Shark or Tiger or Wild Boar teeth.
