Find guys not already tied to another op. Review Intel, form a plan, brief the team, procure needed equipment. Not sure how they inserted, halo or asds. Asds would require ships to haul ass over there. Get the team and all their gear there too.
A pain logistically, and they did it all in 2-3 days. That's lightning! I don't know how many days it took to get them there for Capt Phillip's but I dont think it was this fast.
