They are going to try and make an example out of him, meanwhile the felon with an illegal gun that ran up to try and execute Kyle walks free. If they end up putting him away, I hope the people in the community hang the judge and DA.

Juries decide verdicts in trials and trial judges cannot turn a guilty verdict into a not guilty verdict.

In some countries, prosecutors can appeal acquittals but not in America.
