I avoid polls at all cost... in fact I'd say being a "pollster" is as useless as being a chimney sweeper in today's world... these fucks are heavily swayed by the people that employ them and that's the corrupt media.
Not only that but during the inspection the furnace and/or water heater flue will be inspected. If it's an older home the chances are very strong that it's got cracks in the mortar tiles or missing mortar in the joints. It's one of the leading causes of carbon monoxide poisoning. If the furnace and/or water heater flue doesn't have a chimney cap on it there is a possibility of animals making a next inside it. If this happens carbon monoxide can't exit properly and can shut off a furnace or allow the carbon monoxide enter the home. Good call rickscarf!
Thanks. A buddy has a chimney and masonry company and needed inspectors. He needed inspectors so I studied up on it and took the test. It's a lot more difficult than I expected but I got it. Believe it or not it pays huge money. It's pretty dangerous so it should pay well. I'm an older pede and happy to stay on the ground now. My lifetime career involved climbing towers so I enjoyed the chimney inspections gig part time.
