specifically what risk though? You think anyone will stop them, or that there will be any punishments? BLM starts a riot and loots a Walmart - zero arrests. Why do you think it would be different if they start a riot and target a polling location?

It's been 5 months now of BLM rioting with next to zero repercussions and police forces around the country, retreating from any serious engagement and only trying to restore order once BLM rioters mostly wear themselves out and dissipate.
They know that most Biden supporters already voted. Any polling station they mangle enough to invalidate votes on Nov 3, will be mostly Trump votes.
