The problem with your logic is that sometimes that decision is made for you. There are plenty of people out there that are perfectly willing to use force, and if you have removed that as an option for yourself then you are at their mercy.
If you don’t want to own a gun, that’s fine, I totally get it. However I’m not going to be lectured by somebody who is unwilling to defend himself or his family. There are those of us who have seen the rule of law turned against us, and used to our detriment for too long. When the day comes that the Patriots of this country decide to take our country back by force, just stay out of the way.
