Thanks for posting this video! You can clearly see that the white vehicle goes over into the truck's lane. Looks entirely offensive on the white car driver's part and entirely defensive on the truck driver's part.
It would be a type of battery since physical contact was made.
Edit: each persons car would be defined as the person of the driver of each car, driver of car that hit other car would have committed a battery. This could either be a civil tort or a criminal case.
There was another angle posted on FaceToilet. I clipped it to the relevant part which shows the white vehicle is definitely committing an illegal lane change.

The commentary in the version with audio mentions the white car moving into the Truck's lane. You can clearly see the white car is in the Truck's lane, not the other way around, and then the two vehicles swerve.
This one shows the car trying to ride both lanes to meet people away from the bus. I think the other video is deceiving to the eye. I'm torn between two different angle videos.

My guess is it will be up to an investigator to look at the marks on the car, if the car swerved into the truck the marks should look like the truck was braking, if the truck swerved into the car it should look like the wheels kept spinning.
